ASA Executive Secretary, Montie Soules, is giving the United States Country Report at the 2016 World Shorthorn Conference, held in Uruguay. Later today, Montie will also be speaking on a panel with the President of the World Shorthorn Association, Dr. Walter Mario Damboriarena of Uruguay.
